Country #4: Australia

Australia recruits international care workers to be precise, and they do that in various pathways. You can even successfully get a care job in their Green List role, which means a job that allows you to come in as a permanent resident.

• Eligibility:
  • Experience: One to two years of paid care experience.
  • Skills Assessment: This is very important. It assesses your skill to say yes, you qualify to come and do the care job in Australia.
  • English Test: IELTS is needed, and the requirement is kind of low. A band five would qualify you (General, Academic, or UKVI).
  • Good certifications, good criminal background, your international passport ready, and most importantly, a job offer from Australia-accredited sponsors.

Country #5: New Zealand

When you hear Australia, you get New Zealand. They’re basically the same, like brothers and sisters.

• Eligibility: With New Zealand, however, they don’t need the skills assessment. No. All you need to do is get the right experiences and get the right certifications to apply for this job.
